In Steamboat the only thing that April showers make is more snow!! There may not be any flowers here May 1st, but the snow was deep! My dad and I hiked Walton Peak to get a first look at the freshies. I would say it was deeptastic. The nicest part was by the end of the day, back in the valley, it was warm enough for shorts!

Powder Day in May
In Steamboat the only thing that April showers make is more snow!! There may not be any flowers here May 1st, but the snow was deep! Today while doing laundry, I thought it fairly indicative of a Steamboat spring day that I was hanging SmartWool socks up to dry next to my swimsuit. Hope to see you soon!
